Joseph N. Gatas
President (Founder of FHG Enterprises)
Mr. Gatas became a
Checkers Franchisee in June 2001. Prior to becoming a Checkers
Drive-In Restaurant Inc. Franchisee, Mr. Gatas was COO of a
multi-unit franchise of 23 Burger Kings and 46 Pizza Huts in
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Gatas was also the owner of two
full service restaurants in upstate New York from 1985 to 1989.
Prior to 1985, Mr. Gatas was associated with another multi-unit
franchise of Burger King and Ground Round as Vice
President/Director of Operations. Starting out as a dishwasher
at age 17, Mr. Gatas has served in many high-level management
positions in the industry including involvement in QSR, Full
Service, and Banquet/Catering.

Darrin J White
Area Manager
Mr. White is a 12 year veteran in the "QSR" Industry. He worked his way up through the ranks, starting as an Assistant Manager, moving up to Restaurant General Manager, Training Manager, and District Manager. He served in those capacities with several foodservice organizations. He attributes any success to the growth, development and sacrifices of the great people he has been privileged to work with and more importantly, his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Over the last year with FHG Enterprises, he has played an important role in the turnaround of our South Jersey Market. He is the proud winner of a sales incentive sponsored by Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. His reward was a brand new Ford.
Pam Nanni
Controller
Mrs.
Nanni is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from
Monmouth University with a degree in Accounting. She has 16
years combined public and private accounting experience in the
QSR industry. Prior to coming to FHG Enterprises Inc., Mrs.
Nanni spent five years as the controller for a sixty million
dollar QSR franchise, and five years as a Senior Staff
Accountant at a public accounting firm.

Louis Rivers IV
Director of Training
Mr. Rivers is the Director of Training, with 23 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He started with Marriott as an Assistant Controllable Manager in F&B dept. Opening the largest hotel in the south east, The World Trade Center in the State of Florida. He has worked with food companies such as Big Boys, and Friendly's as the Corporate Store Training Manager. Louis also served as the Operations Manager for a privately owned, 22 million dollar night club and restaurant group overseeing all eight high volume units. He then relocated to Connecticut and was the Operating Partner of the Kingsbury House, a fine dining restaurant until its sale in 2004. Most recently before joining FHG, Louis was a District Training Manager for CEC Restaurants in the New York and New Jersey markets.
Sally E. Kreutzberg
Area Manager
Mrs. Kreutzberg has been in the QSR Industry since 1995, over 12 years experience. She worked her way up through the ranks beginning as a cashier and being promoted to a Team Leader. Then she was promoted to an Assistant Manager and by the end of 1996 was running her own restaurant as the General Manager. Sally has been affiliated with two Franchises, the latter being FHG Enterprises, Inc. I have been with FHG Enterprises for 6 years now and within the first year, 2001, I was promoted to an Area Manager. Within the next 2 years, I took over the entire Long Island, Suffolk County Market which includes running 10 of the 16 Checkers Drive-In Restaurants that FHG owns. My success can be attributed to remaining dedicated to FHG and the owner Mr. Gatas. The training and development that is given to me on a day-to-day basis has been very important to my growth.
Robert F. Tiffany, Sr.
Project Manager
Mr. Tiffany has 15+ years of facilities, project and construction management in the public & private property area, retail and restaurant industries. Most of that with large national chains and recognized brand images. Most recently in operations/property & facilities management in the former Philadelphia Naval Base and Shipyard; a military base converted to municipal & private use. He has built, remodeled and maintained buildings from as little as 1,000 square feet to over 800,000 square feet, from Red Lobsters, Burger Kings and Checkers to fresh water dry docks. Robert is a member of the Board or Directors for the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Greater Philadelphia Chapter; IFMA National Large Chapter of the Year 2007; and an active volunteer for a number of committees and special projects. He is currently studying with BOMA/BOMI pursuing two professional designations (RPA & FMA). Robert & his wife, Lisa live in Pennsylvania, they have two adult children.
