In the year 2000, Joe and Pati Gatas, who have been in the food business for over 30 years, saw the rise of family business, eating on the go. We are one of those families whose healthy eating began to deteriorate the busier we got. We saw the need for a quick-service restaurant that served high quality food.
Fast food has been trying harder to get better, but will continue to fall short because of the processed foods. And fast casual is too slow for the average American family.
Bok Bok Fresh is our response to the dilemma. High-quality foods served fast - a fresh combination that meets health needs and time limits of fast-paced America.
Bok Bok Fresh is all about you. Once upon a time a dream began that the American public would no longer have to sacrifice their health for their schedule and their taste buds. And, once upon now, that dream has made it's way to you. Innovating the fat food industry, Bok Bok Fresh rises with simple genius - Fesh, Fast, Fun - and shout it from the tip of your tongue to the bottom of your stomach, "FULL OF FLAVOR!" Truly, this is the missing link in fast food.
What is our claim to freshness? We start with fresh chicken breast, free of additives, and make our sandwiches on semolina rolls, free of preservatives. We cook our food throughout the day, using only the freshest and healthiest ingredients, free from MSG, no microwaves and lard.
